THE WINNER

LUIS SANTOS Y GANGES is the winner of the biennal prize promoted by ISTOCARTA about the history of paper. He is a Professor of Urban and Regional Planning in presso laFaculty of Architecture of the University of Valladolid (Spain) and Director of della Ciudades magazine for the study of rivolta agli studi di history of technology, industrial heritage, etc.. and history of paper.

LUIS SANTOS Y GANGES es el granador del premio bienal 2017 - ESPAÑA promovido por ISTOCARTA en la historia de la carta. Profesor a tiempo completo del área de conocimiento de Urbanística y Ordenación del Territorio, en la Escuela Técnica Superior de Arquitectura de la Universidad de Valladolid (Instituto Universitario de Urbanistica). Director de la revista científica Ciudades, apuntando a los estudios sobre historia de la técnica, patrimonio industrial, planificación espacial, ciudad e infraestructuras, paisaje cultural… e historia del papel.
