We celebrate 60 years of history!

The Corporate Archive of the Miliani Fabriano Paper Mills celebrates the 60th anniversary of the recognition of "considerable historical interest".
Since 1964, this archive has carefully preserved over 500 linear meters of documents, photographs and tools that tell the rich history of Fabriano's paper production (20th of July 1964).
The first "corporate archive" recognized as "of notable historical interest" in Italy by Elio Lodolini (1922-2023), an important Italian archivist, historian and paleographer, at the time Superintendent of the Archival Superintendency for Lazio, Umbria and the Marche region.

A recognition born from the desire of the competent ministerial bodies to promote the paper mill as a virtuous example of safeguarding company documentation from 1782 - the date of foundation of the Cartiere Miliani Fabriano - future memory of the company.

Thanks to the Fedrigoni Fabriano Foundation, the archive continues to be a precious source for scholars and enthusiasts, keeping alive the tradition and innovation that have made Fabriano a global point of reference in paper production.
